Rates & Specials

Daily Rates

Daily charges total $295.00 per person. For children under age 12, the daily charges total $200.00. There is no charge for children ages 5 and under sharing their parents' cabin. A two-day minimum stay is required, three-days on major holidays.

Off-season rates are in effect beginning October or November through March with the exception of major holidays and Highland Ranch special events. Daily off-season rates total $245.00 per adult and $160.00 for children under age 12.

Weekly Rates

Purchase 6 nights, receive the 7th night free.

Nightly and Weekly charges include 1) private lodging; 2) all meals, beverages, wine, cocktails; 3) most activities including trail riding and 4) use of recreational facilities and equipment. County room tax @ 11% and state sales tax @ 8.25 % are added on relevant portions.

A 15% service charge on per diem charges only will be added to the final billing. Guests' personal checks are welcome and we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Any other credit arrangements must be made in advance.

Activity extras

yoga classes (must be schedule in advance)            private yoga classes scheduled as available are $80/class, to be split among all participants.

massages, $95/hour and $140/1.5 hours-please call ahead

childcare, ($12/hour with 4 hour minimum)

Lengthy long-distance telephone calls and unusual special event planning may also be charged to guests final statement.

Standard Deposit Policies

A deposit to cover one day's stay per person is required to hold reservations and is fully refundable upon cancellation at least 60 days in advance. Cancellations occuring at least 14 days in advance (but less than 60 days), will not be refunded but may be credited against a future visit at prevailing rates. Deposits are non-refundable nor applicable to future stays if cancellation occurs less than 14 days of scheduled arrival date. No partial refunds for early departures.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit to cover one day's stay per person is

required to hold reservations, which is refundable upon

cancellation at least 60 days in advance (less 5% for

"exclusive use" groups). Deposits for cancellations with a

minimum of two weeks notice may be credited against a

future visit within one year of cancellation date at

prevailing rates. Deposits for cancellations within two

weeks of planned arrival are non-refundable.

Groups of 16 or more adults (14 adults from October 1 until March 31) may reserve Highland Ranch for exclusive use, thereby assuring complete privacy in intimate surroundings. No other guests will be booked during your stay with us.

Having the place to yourself allows you to design your visit with us to the specifications of your group including special menus.  Work with us to plan a special event or to organize unique local excursions in the Anderson Valley and Mendocino County.

Special Event and "Exclusive Use" Deposit Policies

A deposit of $4,720.00 ($295 x 16, the minimum number of adults necessary for "exclusive use"), is required to book Highland Ranch for a special event and/or for "exclusive use".  This cover's one night's stay for 16 adults and is refundable upon cancellation at least 90 days in advance less a 5% special event cancellation fee. Deposits for cancellations occuring at least 30 days in advance (but less than 90 days), will not be refunded but may be credited against a future visit at prevailing rates. Deposits are non-refundable nor applicable to future stays if cancellation occurs less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date. No partial refunds for early departures.
