  • Booking your stay at Highland Ranch is easy! Simply select your desired unit and check availability on Airbnb or VRBO (see above). If you're having trouble finding availability, check out all of our listings on co-founder Jon Leonardo’s Airbnb Profile. Be sure to click on 'Jon's Listings' to view all of our available accommodations.

    For group bookings or any assistance with your reservation, feel free to contact us directly—we’re always happy to help!

  • Your stay at Highland Ranch includes everything you need for a comfortable, nature-filled escape!

    • In Your Tent/Cabin: Fresh linens, towels, AC, heated mattress pad, lockable storage, a fan, electrical outlets and LED lighting.

    • Shared Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, a guest lounge, outdoor showers, refrigerator, and freezer, plus an outdoor fire pit

    • Outdoor Adventures: Access to hiking trails, fire pits, grill, a scenic riverfront, and plenty of open space.

    • Extras: Complimentary coffee, tea, and drinking water. Snacks and additional provisions are available at our camp store

  • We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a flexible and fair cancellation policy:

    • Full Refund if canceled at least 15 days before your arrival date.

    • 50% Refund if canceled 7-14 days before arrival.

    • No Refund if canceled within 6 days of check-in (except in extreme circumstances).

    • Rescheduling: We’re happy to work with you to reschedule your stay instead of canceling! Please reach out as soon as possible.
      Note: Group bookings and peak-season stays may have slightly different policies. Feel free to contact us with any questions!

  • Absolutely! We love welcoming four-legged adventurers at Highland Ranch! 🐶


    🐾 Pet Policy: Guests can bring up to two dogs per tent/cabin for a $50 pet fee per dog.
    🐾 Pet Amenities: Off-leash play areas, a dog-friendly creek, water bowls, toys, and tie-outs available on request.
    🐾 Rules: Pets must be leashed when outside of designated play areas and cleaned up after.

    We’re big animal lovers, so let us know if your pup needs anything special during your stay!

    ✅ Early check-in or late check-out? Yes, when available! Just contact us in advance to arrange.
    ✅ Self-check-in available? Yes! Your unit will be unlocked upon arrival, and your keys will be inside your room.
    ✅ Arriving late at night? No worries! Your tent or cabin will be lit and ready to go when you arrive.
    If your space isn’t quite ready, you’re welcome to drop off your bags and relax in our guest Lounge—perfect for catching up on emails, enjoying a coffee, or planning your adventure!

  • Yes! We know how important staying connected is, whether it’s for work or sharing your adventures.


    ✅ Wi-Fi is available in the Lounge, as well as in our on-grid tents and mirrored cabins.
    ✅ Our off-grid tents do not have standard Wi-Fi, but all major cell service carriers work well throughout the property.
    ✅ If you need Wi-Fi during your stay, you’re always welcome to use the Lounge, which offers high-speed internet and plenty of space to work or relax.
