From luxury mirrored ÖÖD cabins to solar-powered off-grid tents near the river, we offer accommodations for those seeking adventure, solitude, or a bit of both. Whether you’re booking a romantic escape, an outdoor wedding, or a weekend to unplug, you’ll find thoughtful details throughout—from heating blankets and private decks to hammocks by the river and a communal lounge with filtered water and fast Wi-Fi.

Whether you’re tucked into one of our mirrored ÖÖD cabins or off-grid glamping tents, you’ll wake up to open skies, mountain air, and a sense of stillness that’s hard to find anywhere else. How does the self-check-in process work?We offer a seamless, hands-off self-check-in process. On-grid mirrored cabins will be unlocked with keys placed inside, while our off-grid tents do not require keys. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions via email before arrival, ensuring a smooth and effortless start to their stay.

Can I request a specific tent close to the river?Absolutely! Our off-grid tents are within walking distance of the Flathead River. If you'd like a tent with the best river views, please email us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is the cancellation & rescheduling policy?Full refund if canceled at least 15 days before arrival. 50% refund if canceled 7-14 days before arrival. No refund if canceled within 6 days, except in extreme circumstances. Rescheduling is possible, and group bookings/peak season stays may have different policies. Contact us for details

What activities are available for kids?We welcome families! Kids can enjoy nature walks, board games, and exploring our 80-acre ranch. High chairs and cribs are available in on-grid accommodations upon request.

On-Grid Cabins (ÖÖD by ÖÖD) → Feature full electricity, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, and soundproofing. Off-Grid Tents (by Jupe) → Feature solar power, strong cell service, decks, and outdoor seating but do not include Wi-Fi.

Are drones or firearms allowed on the property?Drones: Not allowed due to our proximity to the airport and federal regulations. Firearms: Strictly prohibited on the premises.
