Highland Ranch operates security cameras in outdoor common areas of the property for the safety and security of our guests and staff.

- No Indoor or Private Area Monitoring: Cameras are not placed in bedrooms, bathrooms, interior living spaces, or any area where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
- Data Access and Retention: Access to security camera footage is restricted to authorized personnel only. Footage is retained for 30 days and then securely deleted unless required for legal, safety, or security purposes.
- Disclosure: The presence of security cameras is disclosed on our booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO) and in property materials.
By booking a stay at Highland Ranch, you acknowledge and consent to the use of security cameras as described above.
Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it, including:
- Secure Payment Processing: All payment transactions are processed through encrypted, secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Airbnb, VRBO) that comply with PCI DSS standards.
