No Indoor or Private Area Monitoring: Cameras are not placed in bedrooms, bathrooms, interior living spaces, or any area where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Data Access and Retention: Access to security camera footage is restricted to authorized personnel only. Footage is retained for 30 days and then securely deleted unless required for legal, safety, or security purposes.
Disclosure: The presence of security cameras is disclosed on our booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO) and in property materials.
