The land stretches out across 80 private acres of forest, meadow, and riverfront, offering space to explore or simply breathe a little deeper. Whether you're visiting for adventure, restoration, or something in between, the land invites you to do it your way.

We’re building something that blends comfort with purpose. As Highland Ranch evolves, it will include a regenerative farm, responsible animal care, and systems designed to support the land over time.

This is hospitality rooted in sustainability, created with intention and made to last.

The Regenerative Future Starts Here

The fields are still empty, but the vision is in motion. Our goal is to grow at least 50% of our meat and vegetables on site by 2030 and reach full regenerative operation by 2035.

Along the way, we’ll be learning, planting, and building something that gives back to the land.
