80 Acres of Wild, Wide-Open Montana

Where the wild feels like home

Highland Ranch sits quietly in the heart of Montana’s Flathead Valley, just a short drive from Glacier National Park and the town of Whitefish. The land stretches out across 80 private acres of forest, meadow, and riverfront, offering space to explore or simply breathe a little deeper. Whether you're visiting for adventure, restoration, or something in between, the land invites you to do it your way.

Wake up to birdsong and the sound of the wind moving through the trees. Spend your days hiking under big skies, casting a line into the river, or watching deer graze in the early morning light. At night, gather by the fire or lay back and stargaze under some of the clearest skies in the country.

It’s quiet here, but never boring.

A Ranch with a Bigger Mission

We’re not just building a place to stay. We’re building toward a future where every part of your experience supports the land it’s rooted in.

Our long-term vision includes a working farm that grows food on site, raises animals with care, and shares that abundance with every guest who visits.

We believe hospitality can do more than feel good. It can do good.

The Regenerative Future Starts Here

The fields are still empty, but the vision is in motion. Our goal is to grow at least 50% of our meat and vegetables on site by 2030 and reach full regenerative operation by 2035.

Along the way, we’ll be learning, planting, and building something that gives back to the land.
